You may have questions about whether or not we offer a free trial, what kind of client do we work with, what kind of programs do we offer, etc.? No. Most of our clients are adults who are trying to lose some weight, get stronger, and feel healthier particularly busy moms and dads in their 40’s.

Private personal training sessions are only offered based on the limited availability of time slots. Our core offer is semi-private personal training. Only 3-4 clients are scheduled in a time slot and each client is coached through their workouts based on where they are in their particular program.

No. Every workout is a scheduled appointment to ensure every client is coached personally.

Everything starts with a free consultation which we can schedule in-person, on the phone, or via Zoom video conferencing to get as much detail as possible about your goals and why you want to achieve them. Next, we schedule a complementary movement assessment which will Coach Paul an opportunity to learn about your health history and how your body moves. Lastly, we’ll schedule a free 1-on-1 private personal training session to give you an idea of how Coach Paul conducts his workouts considering all of the information he’s gathered from your consultation and assessment.

Yes. After your complementary workout, Coach Paul will discuss his program recommendations based on your goals, schedule, and budget.
